We're looking for a Magnetics Design Engineer to design and optimize integrated magnetic components that push the limits of power density, efficiency, and manufacturability.

What you’ll work on

  • Design and model integrated magnetic components (inductors, transformers, coupled structures) for high-performance power conversion
  • Co-optimize magnetics with semiconductor devices, packaging, and system constraints
  • Work closely with process and materials teams to translate designs into manufacturable structures
  • Analyze performance, loss mechanisms, and reliability across operating conditions

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in magnetics design for power electronics (inductors, transformers, coupled inductors, etc.)
  • Experience with magnetic component modeling, FEA, and/or circuit-level simulation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating closely with materials, process, and circuit design teams

We're looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with deep expertise in inductor and transformer design to architect converters that showcase what integrated magnetics can do at the system level. This is an opportunity to help push the boundaries of what's possible in high-frequency power magnetics, working at the leading edge of a platform that's bringing magnetics directly into the semiconductor stack. You'll join a young, growing team, with real opportunities to move into a leadership role as the company scales. This position will work onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

What you’ll work on

  • Design of integrated inductors and transformers for high-frequency (>10 MHz) power delivery applications
  • Electrical modeling, simulation, and performance analysis of magnetic components
  • Working with process and materials teams to translate designs into manufacturable structures
  • Supporting qualification, testing, and reliability validation

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical design of passive magnetic components (inductors, transformers) for power electronics
  • Proficiency with electromagnetic and circuit simulation tools for modeling and performance analysis of magnetic components
  • Track record of taking designs from concept through deployment

Nice to have

  • Experience with semiconductor packaging or wafer-level fabrication processes
  • Experience in a startup or early-stage hardware environment

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $90,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Total compensation includes equity in a rapidly growing start-up

We're looking for a Computational Material Scientist to help accelerate materials discovery and process optimization for our integrated magnetics platform.

What you’ll work on

  • Model magnetic alloy systems and electrochemical deposition processes using computational methods
  • Use first-principles and multi-scale simulations to guide materials selection, stack design, and layer architectures
  • Collaborate closely with experimental and process teams to validate models against physical results and refine models based on data
  • Build tools, workflows, and automation that shorten the materials development and optimization cycle

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in computational materials science, physics, or chemistry; experience with DFT, molecular dynamics (MD), or phase-field modeling is preferred
  • Interest in magnetic materials and electrochemical systems is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with direct impact on hardware outcomes

We're looking for an Electroplating Engineer who wants to define, optimize, and own the electroplating process. This is an opportunity to scale a process from R&D to wafer- and panel-level production, working at the leading edge of a platform that's bringing magnetics directly into the semiconductor stack. You'll join a young, growing team, with real opportunities to move into a leadership role as the company scales. This position will work onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

What you’ll work on

  • Develop and optimize electroplating processes for magnetic alloy deposition
  • Characterize processes, improve yield, and integrate electroplating with semiconductor fabrication flows
  • Scale electroplating processes from R&D to wafer- and panel-level production
  • Collaborate with materials and design teams to tune conductor and magnetic layer properties

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with electroplating/electrochemical deposition in a semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with multiple power supply types, bath metrology/monitoring equipment, SPC/DOE and related software (JMP), and thin-film characterization
  • Knowledge of plating bath chemistry, current density optimization, and thin-film characterization
  • A strong process-ownership mindset — you define it, you build it, you scale it

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or early-stage hardware environment
